BOOKING POLICY:

Land Package Booking Payment Policy will be:

1st Payment: 30% - at the time of booking.

2nd Payment: 40% of the After Hotel Confirmation Voucher

3rd Payment: 30% of the payment 7 days before the trip

Note:- 100% payment of flight amount required for flight booking

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our Cancellation Policy: (New) In the case of Lockdown Free postponement is also available. The booking Amount is only adjustable against future trips If Guest Cancel their trip due to Covid 19 Positive or Lockdown then only postpone option is available Terms & Conditions apply

Normal Cancellation

25% is non-Refundable

60 days prior to the departure date 35% of the Package Cost will be deducted

45 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the Package Cost will be deducted

30 days prior to the departure date: 75% of the Package Cost will be deducted

15 days prior to departure date: 100% Non-Refundable.

Important Notes: -

1. For 4-star and 5-star Properties this all-cancellation policy will be not valid, it will be considered as per hotel policy.

1. In case of any cancellation, we cannot adjust the advance amount against another traveler including a family member, package cost will be adjusted in package bookings only.

2. If Guest Cancel their trip due to Covid 19, it will be retired case to case basis.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. Any Indian National visiting Sikkim requires to carry a Photo ID Proof (Voter ID / Passport / PAN Card / Driving License) in order to obtain Tsomgo Lake permit for the above.

2. Non-Indian Passport holders are not allowed to visit Baba Mandir.

3. Non-Indian Passport holders are required to obtain inner line permits.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• The Above rate is valid only for 24 hours from Quotation time

• Some of the sightseeing points may or may not be openly mentioned in the itinerary. It will depend on the local authorities.

• During high season, due to a shortage of vehicles, transport rates here tend to be dynamic, hence if you book late, the quote may change. Please consult our sales executives.

• The availability of hotels is not checked yet, in case any particular hotel is not available, similar categories of hotels will be provided after consultation with you. The hotel names are given for reference purpose only.

• Ac in Cars or Hotels do not run in Hills. • All the vehicles are non-ac

• As per recent rule only 300 cars are allowed or permitted to go to Tiger Hill, so only the car receiving a permit will be allowed to visit it. Batasia Loop & Ghoom Monastery can be done along with the other 7 Points since early morning they are not allowed to visit.

• In any case of cab crises and market uncertainty we can charge for different charges only as per market validation or we can Refund all the paid amount.

• In any case of Landslide / Road Blockage / Road Constructions in these cases our driver has to Re-routing and driver can charge difference amount directly from the guest/tourists

• Nathula Pass Permits may be granted on a clubbing basis.

• In case of is tentative in case of unavailability of room category/hotel, we can provide/offer the similar category hotel/room category.
